Dopo il rilascio da parte di Cyanogen di Cm4.2.7.1 arrivano le prime rom basate su questa e di tante vi voglio parlare della WG-Build 8.

Ne sono venuto a conoscenza grazie a marcooooo un nostro carissimo utente che l’ha testata ed è rimasto soddisfatissimo della rom, ma andiamo a vedere il changelog:

1. Based off CM 4.2.7.1 of course
2. New Kernel (based off CM 4.2.7.1) – CFS (for now), 10mb Hack, Sleep-Disorder Fix (by Dwang)
3. Gapps (themed by djengizz)
4. New boot animation
5. Maps w/Nav (International compatible)
6. Uses GPRS Class 12 (regular US EDGE/GPRS is class 10) plus faster HSPA
7. Contacts.apk from Eclair (by ChainsDD)
   —- Newest CC modules (pushed to EXT automatically)
8. Fixed bugs: Setup Wizard FC after wipe, data sync missing
9. Pushed dalvik-cache for G1′s back to /system/sd to prevent problems (working with Fnorder to try and work on some better methods of having some apps on the data partition)
10. Reorganized/Rewrote the init.d scripts – completely new setup of a2sd plus removed items that were checks back in CM 2(extermely unneeded now)
    —- For MT3G users, this is the BEST ROM out there for you with it’s scripts to have everything on the data partition (best speed increase out of all the other changes)
11. Runs fix_permissions on first boot (so expect a lag)
12. ZipAligned all system apps 100% so removed that from firstboot
