Lo scorso mese il team di sviluppatori dell’app Google Home ha deciso di fornire dettagli più precisi sulle novità introdotte con ciascuna release e nelle ultime ore ha pubblicato il changelog ufficiale della versione 3.32.
Basta un rapido sguardo alla relativa nota sul sito di supporto ufficiale per rendersi conto che la versione 3.32 è un update che porta con sé diverse novità, oltre alla risoluzione di numerosi bug riscontrati dagli utenti con le precedenti release.

Le novità di aprile 2025 di Google Home
In particolare, tra le novità introdotte troviamo prestazioni migliorate per i dispositivi Nest Cam, Nest Cam Outdoor e Nest Hello Doorbell originali, l’integrazione con i rilevatori di fumo e monossido di carbonio intelligenti di terze parti (con la possibilità di gestire notifiche e impostazioni), miglioramenti per i blocchi, un nuovo editor per le automazioni e più opzioni per i favoriti.
Tra i bug risolti troviamo invece quelli relativi alla visualizzazione delle impostazioni di notifica e al ritardo del feedback di sblocco.

- Device setup crash: Fixed a crash that occurred during setup of devices on iOS.
- Web view navigation issue: Fixed an issue on iOS where users were unable to navigate away from the Google Home for web view.
- Missing Smoke & CO tile: Resolved an issue where the Smoke & CO tile was missing in the Android app.
- Custom room flow [Public Preview]: Corrected the “Add custom room” flow in the Smoke & CO settings on iOS to match requirements.
- Notification settings display [Public Preview]: Fixed an issue where notification settings were shown as enabled even when disabled on iOS and Android.
- Unlock feedback delay [Public Preview]: Reduced the delay when unlocking doors, providing a faster visual response in the app.
- Passcode keyboard overlap [Public Preview]: Corrected an issue where the lock passcode keyboard overlapped the bottom navigation bar on iOS.
