[Ufficiale] Motorola XOOM Wi-fi arriverà il 27 Marzo negli Stores americani

Dopo tantissimi rumours riguardanti un Motorola XOOM Wi-fi only e il suo prezzo in dollari, oggi l’azienda americana ha annunciato tramite un comunicato stampa che questa versione debutterà nei principali Stores americani il 27 Marzo al prezzo di 599$.

Quindi le recenti immagini leak che ritraevano dei volantini con il prezzo non avevano sbagliato. Le catene di negozi di elettronica dai quali sarà possibile acquistare il nuovo tablet Android sono: Amazon.com, Best Buy, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Staples e Costco. Il prezzo di 599$ è perfettamente in linea col mercato in quanto il modello avrà 32GB di storage interno e processore Dual-core, lo stesso prezzo dell’ iPad 2 con il medesimo spazio di archiviazione.

Riguardo l’uscita in Italia non si hanno ancora notizie certe, ma per il momento chissà se potremo acquistarlo tramite consegnato.com o facendocelo mandare dall’America tramite amici.

Amazon.com, Best Buy, Costco, RadioShack, Sam’s Club (select locations), Staples and Walmart will be offering the 10.1-inch widescreen HD tablet with Android™ 3.0 (Honeycomb) through both online and retail store channels. The MSRP for MOTOROLA XOOM Wi-Fi with 32 GB of memory will be $599.

In addition, the MOTOROLA XOOM Wi-Fi will be available to commercial IT channels and regional retailers through a distribution agreement with Synnex Corporation, and regional carriers through Brightpoint, Inc.

    ma poi… scusate come mai.. l'ipad2 è stato presentato e poco dopo messo in commercio e invece tutti gli altri, presentati e ancora nulla? da cosa dipende? ipad2 ha già molto vantaggio…

      I produttori hanno usato il MWC 2011 per presentare i loro prodotti.. se ancora non sono arrivati sul commercio è perchè non sono ancora pronti forse come quantitativo prodotto o ingegneristicamente il software deve essere ancora ottimizzato e via discorrendo.. Apple invece si è fissata la data di presentazione quando ha voluto e probabilmente quando era a buon punto con i piani di distribuzione
